We represent clients in all kinds of disputes arising from employment relations especially job security and indemnification related claims of employees. We provide consultancy services to our clients for a variety of labor law matters including but not limited to drafting employment contracts, internal regulations, non-competition contract, termination of employment contracts. Additionally we assist the clients in their relations with the employees and advise them for their compliance with the Labor Law and relevant regulations.
Besides we inform the clients about recent amendments on the relevant legislation and prepare legal memorandums regarding various aspects of Turkish Labor Law. We also conduct inspections and prepare due diligenge reports with regard to the clients’ employee files and employment practice in the company. In addition to that we give seminars and trainings to the managers and Human Resources Departments of the clients relating to daily practice of major issues of labor law.
In addition to above services we also offer services for work and residency permit applications of expatriates.
